Refund & Returns Policy

Oud Alhayat Perfumes, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our fragrances. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

We accept returns under the following conditions:

You must initiate your return within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Items must be returned with proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
Due to the nature of perfumes, used or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, a full refund excluding shipping charges will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
If the product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different product, we recommend returning your item (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
